In all my time playing GW2, leveling my human main and alts, 3 of them actually, I have fought him twice I think. 3 times if you count the time I fought him in BWE. Considering that each human character I made will spend at least 12-15 levels at Queensdale, that's very little.

hey guys, i got a question need answer, I played PSO2 b4 GW2, so the thing is this, when you bought a character slot in PSO2, after you use it to make a charater then BUT if you delete that slot that you bought it will be gone forever, so you have to buy it again.

in GW2 if i delete my 6th slot of charater will it be gone?
*
No you cannot delete a character slot, you can only delete the character using up that slot. Character slot will always remain even after you delete the character.

AOE nerf is plain silly to me, coz it's not the problem of AOE being more effective than single target, but it's the problem of the game itself forcing players to use AOE more often. Just look at events and some dungeons, a lot of them require you to use AOE, just to kill faster before being overwhelm, or get kill credit for XP and loots.

And also no one ever complain AOE is a problem in WvW, PVE or PVP, I have never seen such thread in the forum.

oh I know, they being watching too many Sword art online so they thinks magic is not needed to have in the game? LOL *joke* laugh.gif

maybe later ppl will start to reject Eles/AOEs player for the dungeon party, like the theif smile.gif so tittle for look for party be = Heavy armor only  yawn.gif
*
Haha then I want my flashy 11 hit combo sword skill lol

Well since they did mention it won't be nerfing across the board but will look into each AOE skill, hopefully they know what they doing. Oh and hopefully the nerf is not because players are clearing stuff fast using AOE lol

lol shooting unicorn, wtf.

Big patch and lots of fixes, wonder how's much they improve the loot from mobs, coz patch only mention more variety of crafting mats, nothing on rare weapons/armor loots.

Took them long enough to see the problem, but meh, still just blue or better, would be nicer if it's rare or better

QUOTE
After reading reports in the loot issues thread, we spent more time investigating our rewards system. As I mentioned a few weeks ago, we verified that all loot tables are indeed working correctly in the game. Since then, we continued receiving reports that there seemed to be an issue, so we extended our search to all systems that created opportunities for you to get items from loot tables. Here we found an issue that we were able to verify was consistent across everyone who reported problems:

The rules by which you qualify for credit for an event or for experience when killing a mob are different rules than those used to help determine if you qualify for loot. Some of these were set up to be unintentionally restrictive, and as such you could kill a creature with a lot of health (this was most noticeable on champions) and not qualify for loot, despite qualifying for all other credit.

For the February Flame & Frost: The Gathering Storm release we will be repairing this issue to ensure more players are capable of earning loot credit for kills. This should fix the issue such that you got credit for killing a champion, but received no loot from it. Once fixed, all champion mobs will correctly always drop 1 blue or better loot item, and all veterans will have a chance of dropping loot better than regular mobs as outlined in the November release. Please note, it is still possible to kill a creature and not do enough damage to qualify for loot (which is the only way you won’t get loot for a champion), it is also still possible for veterans to not drop loot at all, since they simply have better odds of dropping loot than normal creatures but no guaranteed drops.

On top of this, we’re also updating some of the loot in various areas of the game for the February release that should make specific areas more rewarding. We’ll cover this is in detail with the February release notes.
Thanks very much for all your feedback and reports, that information has proved incredibly useful!

pfffft so stingy.

vets should drop at least blue
silvers (in dungeons) should drop at least green
champions should drop at least rare

Yeah I guess, but then a gradual increase would have been better rather than a steep entry. As of now it totally shut off any small guild from participating until much later time due to the need to stock up influence. So it's either they farm influence/spend gold on it or join bigger guild.

eh? didnt notice lol, i do remember u taking a break to tera thou, legendary finish d? ;D
*
No interest in the legendary lo, the legendary just don't have that legendary feel to it, there is no lore or quests that makes them feels like a legendary weapon. I would prefer something like "This the weapon used by the Hero of Shaemoor to kill the Elder dragon Zhaitan" as an example.

i got a feeling they havent add that yet, maybe due to plot reason or whatever, but odd enough, the ascended acc has these details to it, so idk man, alot legendaries are still not even done properly yet
*
Yeah that's why I still have hope that months down the road when I look back to the game, I'll see all these things added and I'll feel like coming back to enjoy the game.

At the moment the game feels unpolished and seems like a lot of things are rush out without a proper plan and added just for the sake of new content.
