I'm planning to buy Guild Wars 2 in Malaysia and play for a few months before going to UK for studying in January 2014. I read that Malaysia uses US client of Guild Wars 2 and EU doesnt allow logging in with a US client of the game. Is it true?

I just want to confirm that if i buy the game here and play, i still get to play it in UK. Anyone had a situation same as mine? Or did you guys travel to another continent and still get to login to Guild Wars ? Just wanna make sure
