If its Account Bound, yes u can switch em between characters...and for Soulbound, that one cannot swap

How to transfer?

U can mail it to urself, or simply put in bank and use the other char to take it out

To transfer go to a bank , put the account bound item , go to another character and grab it. They dont allow to mail to alts

Nope thats what I do in WoW , just mail across toons

Anyway , gotta use bank

if you send mail to permanently banned accounts, the mail will bounce back.

Anyway.. Man.. I couldn't bring myself to level light armor class.. Somehow got bored with casting class in gw2.. Weird since I always opt for mage type class..

i bought mine for around 125g

good ka this rifle...my class cant use so was thinking to sell to buy gem then get some extra bag slot

keep it, its a one time event drop, i dont think it will ever come back as a drop, its one of the best looking rifle ingame atm
