why my steam always update when i start my steam.. always update and update when start my steam
if steam update 35% then automatically he go to 0% back.. help me.. |

just uninstall and reinstall steam..i've faced the problem and that is what i do..dont forget to backup your game files and folder first..

i cannot open tcpview... if i open it automatically close the program..

ermm... maybe.. i use window 8 , but my mamber also use it on window 8 but don't have problem..
