lol no la.. i stash my nice gears and use farming and pickup radius gears. so yeah, i still die on MP2 and even MP1.

579 AR, 60k HP still get one shotted by Azmodan fireball. Most of the time i can tank it but there are instances when it just one hit ko u.

Bro, go play MP0 and understand the skills or at least get a play style that you are comfortable with. Few weeks ago, i was like you rushed into rolling a monk and started asking question on builds and stuff. Then realize i hate the animation of FoT. Wasted my gold but luckily is pretty high end gear so i can resell it. If u buy so so gears and realize you hate monk later, u're not going to even get back half of what you invested.

and lose out on the crit dmg??? Nahhhh... bear in mind, LS only works if u have high DPS. So if u swap your socket, u're gonna lose out on tons of DPS.

If u want LS, go WKL a+ EF, if not stick to LOH.
