They are together nod.gif
Not newer or older.
However Huawei usually rank their device based on the modem tongue.gif
E398 is the biggest tho
*
but why e398 no support dual LTE mode? bcoz of the heat?

Damn.. I just came from the Maxis Centre in TTDI.

I currently use the 12gb/36gb package and thought I could activate my LTE today and gloat away with the E398

Know what the CS rep told me?

"No sir if you want the LTE service you have to pay RM400 for the modem and RM150 for activation"

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Anyone had success otherwise? I still cant register on the LTE network

well, maxis doh.gif doh.gif

incase they wanna capped it, i guess it is fine, but dont make the capped speed too low, until wanna use also cant. at least give 384kbps to 512kbps i guess that will do. the current capping, wanna load google also cant.

if average speed for LTE is 35mbs, and after quota they capped at 512kbs, it is less than 2% from the original speed, i think it is still not logic for the capped speed, should b at least 10%
*
CODE
Upon finishing your allocated monthly quota, the speed for the 3GB and 8 GB plans will be throttled to 64 kbps. The other plans will be throttled to 128 kbps. Fair usage policy applies.

doesnt seems like that.
