Just got SMS from Maxis saying 32gb and 64gb out of stock. Can only get 16gb. Why in the 1st place they asked which model we want to book if they don't keep it. Useless

Like this better order online la. Almost same price if I renew my plan with the extra downpayment

Hahahahaha right after I post the comment, Maxis called me saying they already put aside 1 unit 64gb for me. No need to queue, just proceed to the counter. The powarrr of social media. I troll their twitter and facebook. Hahahahaha

Yesterday said don't have then I tiaw kaw kaw thru twitter and facebook. Got a call from Maxis saying my prebooked phone is available and can pick up today although my slot is tomorrow. Arrive at capsquare at 5, directed to the counter and during the registration they do the nano sim for me. 5 mins at registration to get number, go down to hall and my number already being called. 10 mins to register plan and pay. While at the payment counter, I noticed my old simcard got diactivated and new nano sim was activated on the spot. Go to the collection and activation counter. Start to finish in 1/2 hour. And I bought an outright 16gb for my wife. Leaving capsquare with a smiling face.
