The stat point is add automatically by it self..however, u can adjust it by using tattoos

If i m nt mistake...Tattoos can only +5 to any one of the stat but the effect of - other stat is unlimited,maybe higher than 5 if possible...^^,
I think stat also automatically allocated according to your race and job...
