one question bro, as imma wii noob. does the wii u have a online store similar to playstation's playstore, where u can download games straight into the system? and are downloaded games region free, meaning i donload a game using a NA account, and can play in SEA region on SEA wii u?

and is it backwards compatible? say download a wii game and play on wii u, just like playstation 3?
