personally i find this kind of service ridiculous too. unless one is a lone ranger player which doesnt have much friends, it's never hard to ping someone and ask them to help you run a uber. IM's aren't easy to farm for those players that still needs carrying in uber obviously.

uber runs are peanuts to a well geared player, we know it. charging low geared players for that to me.. feels like a rip off. to look it from another player's POV, asking them to pay/provide IM doesn't sound so bad, yeah. when you ask someone to help you, by instinct you would provide the IM too.  but advertising to charge for uber runs, you gotta admit you're looking to earn first, help 2nd. that's where 2890 is coming from.

barb+monk, meaning there are only 2slots left. if either the barb/monk still provides the IM (without charging any gold) for a run, then it's understood that you're helping out.
but if 2players need to provide 3 IMs, well that's not i would go for if im a noob.

the reason for this service, is because you also want to farm uber and get more organs too. it's the same for the other players too.
i see this from diff pov, i never looked for any of this service, neither stopping anyone from doing it.

you're just making business, taking that bit of advantage from a lower geared player, it doesn't sound so much like a huge charity.
