 Help Needed urgent

i recently just bought and installed Diablo 3 on my computer..
after finishing the installation, i managed to play the game normally..
but when i started the game for the 2nd time, the launcher produced an error message,
'failed to download a required file. please check your internet connection'

installed using the DVD Diablo 3,
im currently using window 7 ultimate, and my isp is streamyx 1mbps..
anybody has the solution pls help..

Server maintenance now. u better try it tomorrow morning.

if it still fail,
Try deleting the file from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo III\Updates

and re-open D3

I don't think is maintenance problem. I had the problem as well. I'm using a mac and i uncheck auto proxy discovery and problem solve.

Try unchecking that if windows have it.

try delete blizzard n battlenet folder in C:/programdata . but do it tomorrow

 

Change to:
| Lo-Fi Version
0.0171sec    0.83    5 queries    GZIP Disabled
