NewEgg Mal told me that must send back to Newegg Mal. Their Reply
"For any RMA or replacement, you need to refer back to us, Newegg Malaysia. Although Nexus 7 has international warranty, but you must send it back to us in the first place. However, if there is any defective happen within 30 days from receipt date, you can exchange one to one unit from us."
