Really? That sucked. I remember using a couple months ago =/ Thought I'd give it another go to check out Google Books.

Through any VPN server you can access Google Playstore playbooks site - you can view all the books but you cannot buy unless you have a US address credit card

Auto reboot normally 2 possibilities : motherboard issue or due to a combo of cracked pirated apps
If you do not install such apps, do a factory reset and see whether such issue recur. If so send in to check motherboard
Actually android apps are very cheap and i dont see why some users still want to use such apps. Use such apps and prepared to live with all these auto reboot, auto shutdown issues

Bright images tend to look overexposed n missing the details
*
This I believed there is no fix.It is default characteristic of the display
Since day one, I have always say the N7 has the worst display of all the androids I have used to date. Quite a few users here do not agree with me but till now I still maintain my stand on this. Only TEXT looks nice on it
If you cannot accept such a display, than you need to look elsewhere

go and update, you will regret after all the issues come to you
*
Why regret ? What issues are you facing
I have been on it since day one (ver 4.2.1 ) - no serious problems at all

Confirm is OS problem already, now my battery life currently back to 0% again, before was 35%,so what do you expect me to do now?if change again how?will they still warrant me if there's nothing wrong with it and after that problems occur again?
*
If is OS issue every user will faced same problem not some users only
Is either hardware or apps ( especially cracked apps)

Want to ask guys, normally you all send the nexus 7 for rma,how long the repairing process takes ?
*
That depend on what issue you are facing
If they have stock of the parts within 3 days
If none just have to wait for parts. My previous unit with motherboard change waited for 2 weeks for parts.

Just thinking of sending in for the lift screen,is any spare part required for the lift screen fix ?
*
Just open back cover n adjust screws yourself
Quite few early users has done it themselves

So everything could be done in Nexus toolkit ?
*
YES . It is a very simple software - just select what you want and click away
I always call it a no brainer tool, meaning "no need brains" anyone also can use
Just got to read the guided instructions properly
Use the toolkit to install recovery - highly recommend TWRP as you can backup to external USB - eg thumb drives, ext sdcard etc and is faster than CWM recovery by about 30%

Anyone of you all use this version ?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wI0_ylxyrWA
So I have to unlock first before rooting, but unlock will give a full wipe ?
*
That is Wug Toolkit - another easy toolkit you can use beside mskip Nexus 7 toolkit
Any method you use to unlock bootloader will auto wipe clean 100% your tablet , including ALL your added files/audios/movies etc
So do a backup of your stuffs first : copy it to your PC or USB drive

You mean in the toolkit I just select root instead of unlocking first ? Is that possible ?
*
Using toolkit must unlock bootloader first than follow by rooting

+1.  I change my Note II display to natural too.  biggrin.gif  Another top notch advantage is the crisp text even in very small font.  I can read a pdf e-mag in full 1 page view much easier than on the Tab 7.7 although the Tab 7.7 has a slightly larger screen.  Will discard some big gameloft/ea games that i dun play often to make way for books and mags.  thumbup.gif

Right ; the N7 is very good and I would say is the best tablet to date I have used for reading e Books. It beats the ipad mini in this. If ebooks is important, i dont see any better 7 incher tablet than this
The display quality one gets used to it gradually over the days. Some likes it immediately while some don't. I am the latter but have got used to and accepted it by now
