U got tick data enable?need to tick that.or off ur tab,reinsert the sim card n boot it.
Btw,i use umobile on my galaxy nexus phone,it auto set up all apn thingy by self n directly can on9.y need set manually?

BUT. settle already. I forgot my Acro S Xperia also android. copied the whole setting.aaannd wala. my3g ok. U Mobile gave the wrong setting I guess.

Well, the only reason how I found out my unit is facing the problem is because I was under such circumstances, so it isn't that uncommon. Most people find they have this problem when they're reading at night and have to set brightness to low..and I'm pretty sure bad Wi-Fi signal is not that uncommon. That's not to say it won't happen in more common situations too...it just so happens I found out its easiest to cause the screen to flicker under such circumstances.

Anyone bought 3G version?
May you share that it is can force your nexus 7 the network type to WCDMA only, GSM only or GSM/WCDMA(auto mode)?

Minimum brightness is at word o under auto. Less then that flicker will appear

how many minutes do I have to wait after flashing a new rom, then rebooted to enter the os? I am at the booting screen with the google X logo pulsing pink,green,yellow and blue.

Mine seems to be pulsing for more then 5minutes and still pulsing.

1) go playstore download a dialer app (the 1 for phony just like in ur hp)
2) press *#*#4636#*#*
3) select tablet information
4) scroll down u will c "select preferred network type"
5) select "wcdma only" (not wcdma preferred)
done.
but each time reboot,it will go back to auto mode.so u need to do again d setting.

According to uncle benny... 7.7 has the best screen, Nexus 7 has the worst screen. Can you accept the fact?

The fact I cannot accept is the memory slot, if the tablet which do not have expendable memory.
No choice but have to choose Nexus 7C if my 7.7 down since the price was quite reasonable. 

Lacking external sd is not big issue
Use USB otg cable n can connect to USB thumb drives n external sdcard ( up to 64gb) n USB hard drives ( up to 1 tb)

Downloaded "gapps-jb-20121130-signed" via my pc. where do i put on the "internal storage" and how do I bring up the "app installer" to install it?

All these packages are in zip files. Are they always "installed" or "flashed"
