Just got my nexus 7C after a week with my Nexus 4. So...I am pure pure google now..haha.

Downloading Tool Kit v4 for rooting.
What ROM is best?
Oh..during my first sync, there is a update prompt. Guess it's 4.2.1
Shall I go ahead to update or....Unlock Bootloader first?

unlock bootloader will erase all data on nexus 7.

Guys,is there any way for us to download zip straight away from nexus 7 and transfer the file to sdcard file?I heard astro manager can do that,but I don't know how to do that

sweat.gif i used this one before, it looks nice on picture but not really on real thing

The "thing" that is suppose to hold your tablet is rubber, not any solid compartment, kinda scary if you drop it

What files you download and using what app
In each app , there is always option/settings where your downloaded stuffs goes to
By default most apps will download it to /download folder unless you have change it
Some apps eg boat browser default will goes to boat browser/downloads
Check your apps and you will know where it goes to

Any file explorer app will have cut/copy/paste function
What app are you using ?? Example Astro, Solid explorer, ES File explorer all these have

Astro file manager,and solve already,they called it move file instead of cut,and after I flashed the latest Franco kernel,the screen shows starting app for 15 mins,should I hard reset?
