Disable something like Adobe/iTunes/RealPlayer updates. It drains up your Pc's memory.

if your laptop/pc is good enough to handle them then there's no reason to disable any startup programs.
but some you cannot disable tho, its required for your desktop to start up properly. |

just go to start & type system configuration.
u can play2 with what u want 2 disable. |

To be safe I use CCleaner to delete startup by software like Adobe, YM...

you can disable startup programs by type
msconfig at the run bar or windows, then to startup tab, here you will see a list of programs launch during startup pf windows, you can disable unneccessary programs by untick it, then click and ok, you will then saw a dialog message ask you restart computer, you may restart later. |

no, just a certain program, because sometimes , there are programme need to be run in order to start the computer
