have nothing to with those. i grew up walking to and back home carrying all those books we had to bring. beside this im also lazy
but i do alot of sport badminton volleyball football basketball. jogging and rope skipping. these few things during puberty.Nutritions? I dont really remember. But i was chubby and fit. Due to eating alot.
Currently 187cm grown 2cm over the years (maybe from lifting weights?) just turned 21 yo
