sent my car in to service few weeks ago

one of your staff pulled my car's handbrake so high up, noticed the brake light warning lights up even when handbrake not pulled

you guys blamed it on my brake fluid sensor padahal didn't light up when i send in for service


would not recommend

How ur handbrake now?

it works fine but the brake light still on

but i notice i have to pull very high up at hill stops compared to previously

gonna send it to another workshop later

Hi bro,

We did nothing on your handbrake and it pull high when we check your car.

We have told you the brake fluid is due to change, it way too dirty and it will affect brake system and trigger the warning light.

Your gearbox warning light is lighted up when you visit us and we have check your ATF condition, we have inform you ATF is in extremely dirty.

indeed the handbrake pulls high, but your staff probably pulled it like lifting 30kg dumb bell

i have changed the brake fluid and the warning light is still lightning up

but memang kelakar before sending to your shop no warning light

after servicing then light pop up

Hi bro,

Brake warning light is sense by a brake fluid sensor. Your brake fluid have contamination and it will go in the sensor and damage it.

Every parts have lifespan and if do not taken care properly it will shorten the lifespan and spoil anytime.

We have told you the truth, no point we hide anything from you.

Hope you understand your car condition. You can always come back to us, we would check for you if suspect is not due to the sensor. And its FOC.
