my car is 2008 honda city

last serviced @ 83k and next service due is 88k. currently my car is at 86k

however the last time i went for service (at honda sc) they used a 0W-20 fully sync oil, which is considered very thin. so is it recommended i go for early service before 88k ?

Yes, you could drain the thin oil early.
For City normal drive car, we would suggest to use 40 base oil, as this will provide more protection to your engine and reduce tear.
