Great modem. Currently using the modem without the antenna. I live in an estate, about 4-5KM from main road. So, I am very satisfy with this modem performance.
Temperature wise the modem is warm, not as hot as some people said it is. Using it for download 6 hours straight with no problem at all. For the past one week, I only encounter 1 disconnection with this modem. Its very good for me if compared to other modem. I use this modem for almost 24/7 so the rate is almost excellent. Speed wise i give you the screenshot to explain. Mind you that I am in plantation area. Even Telekom people will think twice to install Streamyx here. Made payment on Wednesday, and I got it from TS the next day via Poslaju. Plugged it in my TP Link router last night, to replace my problematic DLink 3G modem, and I got impressive results. My Dlink would get 1-2 Mbps download on Speedtest, but i got 6-7 Mbps download on the Sierra! However upload doesn't seem to be working, but this could be something to do with Maxis. Didn't have enough time to test it too much, will do so this weekend
