Please refer to the PAL or NTSC logo on the game case. Like most console games most 360 games are region coded.

The following list shows the current titles of video games for the Microsoft Xbox 360 video game console which are Region Free.

QUOTE
In order for controllers to work correctly in many region-free games from North America or Japan played on a PAL TV through a composite cable, the system's video settings must be set to 60 Hz.

Call of Duty 2 US Version, works on Japanese system
Quake 4 US Version, works on Japanese system
Condemned: Criminal Origins US Version, works on Japanese system
Gun US Version, works on Japanese system
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland US Version, works on Japanese system
Ridge Racer 6 US version, works on PAL/European systems - needs 60 Hz
Dead or Alive 4 US version, works on PAL/European systems, NOT Japanese system - needs 60 Hz
Amped 3 US version, works on PAL/European systems
Full Auto US version, works on PAL/European systems and Japanese systems
Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter US version, works on PAL/European systems and Japanese systems

Japanese Xbox 360 games with English language support

QUOTE
None of these games are confirmed region-free, but they do display text and menus in English when the console is set to English language.

Ridge Racer 6
Perfect Dark Zero
Project Gotham Racing 3 (English, confirmed by Bizarre)
Dead or Alive 4
King Kong
Kameo: Elements of Power (English, not region-free, confirmed by Rare)

The question is your Xbox 360 a NTSC or PAL console?

Hmm, I don't think so. If I'm not mistaken most AAA titles like the one you pointed out nomally would have their own PAL version, so there's no reason a owner with PAL consoles to get the NTSC version. The most obvious thing is the front cover art vary from region to region.
