Nothing just happens.

Not by Feelings

Romans 1:17 (NIV)
For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed--a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."
Do you ever feel at times you're not close to God? Because that's how I felt this morning.
For some reason, this thought came to my mind, you're not as close to God as you used to be, you're losing it.
Of course I was disturb but I just ignore it and went through my usual routine. Until it bugged me enough, to pray in my car while driving. 

I asked God, what's wrong. Then this verse came to my mind, The righteous shall live by faith.

Like the sun that came out to disperse the dark clouds, I felt at peace once more.

You see, in the flesh, we have this tendency to measure our relationship of how close we are to God by sight, by how much we have done.

And I thank God in all his wisdom, he ordained our way of living by Faith. It will always be by faith. I didn't have to rely on my feelings.

Then another verse came, If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)

Right there and then, I saw it. I have to believe right, to access God. Not by my feelings.

God spoke to me, Now son, do you know why it is by Faith? My spirit, very much encouraged, praise God arising from this truth.

I've always known this, but it was a reminder from God. One of the victorious factor is to live by faith.

Feelings may bring us down at times but Faith will help us rise up.

I encourage you, whoever you maybe, come to God without fear, come in small and simple faith, you will meet Him.

I believe most people thinks that Christians like us, believe the Bible merely because of what's written inside the book.

It is not just about words.

But the living testimonies and the power. (Ephesians 1:19)

I believe because God is faithful in delivering his promises through my prayers.

It is no coincidence. I don't believe in lucky breaks because there's just too many of it.

Way too many. 

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. 14 I will be found by you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back from captivity.[ I will gather you from all the nations and places where I have banished you,” declares the Lord, “and will bring you back to the place from which I carried you into exile.”
