i dont think there will be article commenting about this issue as it might get sue by compaq.
Most probably is the casing that they use as its cheap.
so basiclly its what u pay and what u get,like compaq are in the range of 2449 - 3000+ ,that is what u will get.
just becareful when u use,dont think it will occur,maybe just a few faulty ones.
