I am in love with the MSR-7 sound. It's just about as perfect in the treble as to my liking.
But I am totally digging the Dark Green M50x and their bass.

Decisions decisions.

Unless I can pair the MSR7 with a compact but high quality portable amp at a decent price, I think I can get it.
Bass is always difficult when I travel around.

Is there any bass boost amp that you could recommend for the MSR7, possibly under RM400? Because when I'm walking around outdoors, bass seems to be slightly muted, what with all the walking and outside noises. Yeah, I don't listen very loudly, hence I need a boost at the bass region so that I can still get the much lower bass registers to be audible.

Last time, I used a cMoyBB (the Altoids candy case one) and it was nice in specifically targeting just the bass when boosting. Are there any other less "funny" alternative?

Yes it's poisonous. Actually my mistake, the correct one is 5N OCC which suppose to be highest purity result obtainable while there are claims of 6N and 7N purity with deadly price. Well you know the symptoms of being bitten by one of these snakes. Clarity, more impact and even soundstage enhanced but there are those who are immune to the venom which suffer no effect regardless anything but one's own shell.
