hi, is 300w psu sufficient for xeon cpu and gtx750ti?

A Xeon 1231V3 and 750 Ti on full load doesn't even touch 66% the capacity of what a good 300W can deliver and a good 300W

A Silverstone SFX 300W as this http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=458 would still be of higher quality than the FSP Hexa+ 550W.
