I am thinking of buying a PC with AMD 3700X and either RTX 2060 Super or 2070 Super, not getting a cooler but casing will have multiple RGB fans.

Is 650W enough? I do not plan to manually overclock. A lot of bros here recommended Super Flower Gold around 449 ringgit. The RGB version (I assume the PSU fan has colour?) 489.

Is Thermaltake GX1 700W (Gold I think), good enough? Basically my area has blackouts like twice or three times a year, I hope the PSU can last for many years and not burn my pc parts.
