Yea, a true power 500w is more than enough for your current setup.
Any of the above PSU u listed is decent for powering up a high-end GPU plus some oc-ing without problem.

Price of the Gold rated PSU is different from one to another because some manufacturers used high end components and some don't.

I would say it's definitely a steal at that price.

Hardwaresecrets did an extensive test on the 650W variant, not sure if both are based on the same platform (my guess is that they do). It's without a doubt a very good PSU.

It depends on what you want to get. Both are excellent choice of PSUs. But from a price point of view, I can get a Rosewill Hive 750M over the Seasonic 620.

FYI, Seasonic PSU use better components and deliver tight DC voltage regulation with minimal AC ripple.

By the way, forget about Rosewill there's a new PSU brand which is highly reviewed on the internet will be impending by the end of August, hold your horses.
