HX650 is a pretty solid unit. tongue.gif
You can consider the Rosewill Capstone 750W from CyntrixTech. Ask at CyntrixTech's Facebook or PM CyntrixTech. brows.gif This is a SuperFlower built unit, with 80+ Gold certification and modular cabling. RM429 je. brows.gif

Those VS series PSU were made by CWT.Built for home and office use..as far as i know.
*
Built by CWT, but the platform is based on Chieftec GPA platform (one of the lowest end platform without going into cap ayam units). It is also known for using questionable caps (Fuhyjju and Asia-X, which is known for premature failure of older Antec PSUs)

Seasonic G-550 or CM Silent Pro M2 520W, which PSU recommend? want to power gtx260 or AMD7850.

and btw, if crossfire 7850, how many W of PSU is recommended?
*
G 550. Easy. A better built unit than the CM one, and it's 80+ Gold certified.
2x HD7850 would need a quality 550-600W unit, though I'd go for a bit more since capacitors age over time, decreasing the maximum amount of wattage the unit can produce. tongue.gif

ooh... do you think 500 watt is an overkill? i don't plan to overclock and i hope i can save a bit  more money using lower wattage PSU. from which shop actually i can find that psu you recommended?
*
Do not skimp on PSUs... It's crucial to have a quality unit around.
It's good to have extra wattage since capacitors degrade over time, reducing the wattage the unit can supply. tongue.gif
Garage Sales seller do carry them. Try asking lingloong, CyntrixTech and Idealtech for that.

any significant improvement from Capstone to Tachyon?  wanna pick the best perform and value  notworthy.gif

The Tachyon is based on Super Flower's Golden King platform. It is 80+ Platinum certified, and possibly built better.

The Capstone is based on Super Flower's Golden Green platform.

Rosewill PSUs are definitely good buys when you put into comparisons besides the quality/value/warranty are almost ahead of most mainstream products. smile.gif

want to ask,
chick brand 230w psu, enough or not to support low end gpu, amd cpu, 4-6 sata hdd?
thanks.

Yes, but you are pushing it a bit. Pushing a cap ayam unit is a bad move though. I'd suggest you to get a quality unit first. The FSP Hexa/Corsair CX500 should make it fine.
