What do I have to do with this ahahha. But yeah , avoid Aerocool PSUs. Seasonic is still the safest bet. Or even the Antec HCG since its seasonic OEM.

What do you mean by 'its build quality' ? You mean the GTX 760 build quality ?

Most probably a mid-tier card like the R7 260X or at most a GTX760. Is 500W enough ?

Can 750 watt run dual gtx970? If not, do i need 2 change over 1k watt psu? Planning 2 target my next project upgrade in june next year. GST cost i am willing 2 absorb like a boss.

It's hard to determine the quality of PSUs without knowing the underlying OEM.

Both PSUs you have mentioned above are of excellent quality, though I'm leaning the Seasonic since Antec does not have a distributor here anymore...
Another option you may want to consider:

Seasonic M12II EVO 520 - RM279

This is an improved version of the M12II, and the advantage over the S12II is modular cabling, where you can remove any unused cables from the PSU for easier cable management.
