Hi guys, My corsair RM750i just died. Lucky for me I still have my corsair TX650 V2. I want to know since my dead PSU already passed 1 year do I still need to send to viewnet for RMA or direct to corsair?

Seems like my Seasonic S12II has given up, noticed that it giving out 8V at 12V ports. And I stumbled upon Super Flower PSU, never heard of it is it reliable? Should I spend towards well known brand as EVGA, FSP instead?

few years back, always heard about Cooler Master PSU.. Now so many brands EVGA (previously only Graphics Card in Malaysia), Corsair, Seasonic, Flower, Silverstone.....
Still using cooler master 700W since 2013, it is still working fine. |

Should I spend towards well known brand as EVGA, FSP instead? Super flower is reliable brand, most of the evga psu also manufactured by super flower. However i suggest u may consider buy those brand or model which have the longest warranty period, eg evga supernova g3 750w & above is having 10years warranty, same for certain model for corsair like HX & ax series. |

QUOTE(yuka @ Jul 28 2017, 12:26 AM) OK update guys, checked with my multimeter it shows 12.xx V at 12V rail so I guess the reading from software is inaccurate. Here's something else I noticed. When I try to stress my GPU, all looks fine. But when I stress both my GPU and CPU, my PSU making weird chirping noise. Some says it's capacitor problem, anyone experienced this before? And one more thing when both stress began, the GPU load decreases while CPU was in full load. |
