Y500 reporting. Just bought mine yesterday.
Loving it so far.
But one thing I'm yet to find a solution. Anyone here playing FIFA13?
The game always crashes while playing a match. Do u guys have any solution? Should i update my graphic card? Or off SLI?

Guys,
I've just replaced my HDD with a SSD.
I tried to install Windows 8 by using the key but it showed a warning, "This product key cannot be used to install a retail version of Windows 8", although the key was from my previous Win 8.

What should i do?

Swapped but i used "Paragon Migrate to SSD 3.0". Very good software. Didn't change a thing when replaced back to ssd.

Haha. I asked this question in official Lenovo shop, about what if i wanna add RAM (or swap HDD in this case), he said "of course void warranty, but if wanna send for service, just change back to the original HDD, like most of the customers do" icon_idea.gif

After installing the new nVidia driver, does the game crash on startup?

I'm using v310.90 currently. The game crashed when i installed v314.07 or v314.14.

When i play dota2, the graphics "stutter"/lags in SLI mode, but when i put 1 GPU only, it plays smoothly.




PS : Using Y500.

Tempted to try the beta v314.21. Any big improvements?

Oh. I put high specs in DOta2, can run but only with 1 GPU.

Only FIFA13 always crashed whenever i update the driver.

Yeap. Working great after disable vsync, with SLI of course.
Using the latest Beta driver from nvidia.

When i enabled SLI, sometimes the screen stutters. Then, words overlapping during play.
The game smooth anyway.
