Local set Y480 already phased out already and replaced by Y400 with better designs. Most of the Y480 available in the market are grey imported set (AP set). You might get a refurbished set or end up with major warranty claims problem. Its best to avoid and go for local set Y400. 

Try to look for a sealed unit.
I think some sellers will still have stock for it.

Buying laptop is not like buying vegetable. We need to look at price/performance and also good service/warranty support.
