Anyway does anyone know how to buy y500 ultrabay odd dvdrom via online or somewhere . Whats the price? Or better buy slim external dvdrom rm99?

better buy external dvd drive.... save the hassel of changing the ultrabay just to open disc

DmC 5 graphic is too crazy!!!!
In Y480 it only can be in this setting:
High graphic quality+HD texture+HD AA
Other like v-sync, HD shadow and Ultra graphic quality can't be on, otherwise fps drop sharply
BTW this game is optimize for AMD graphic card

hmmm... I see similar symptom with AMD optimized games now? Hitman Absolution have exactly the same thing on v-sync... turn on the v-sync, framerate drop rapidly... but without it, screen tearing is pretty unbearable...

Just bought the y580 today and was now charging it.

And I'm wondering if there is a need to do like leave it charging for at least 8 hours for the first time??

No that 8 hours charge is not applicable to batteries such as Li-Ion.

No need to do so, just charge it whenever you like to charge

Hi just wanna share,I previously had the infamous Lenovo Bug (graphic card had artifacts when gaming) problems, at first I just used the MSI afterburner to downclock the memory clock which solve the problem but sacrificing 100mhz of clockspeed, but after flashing the new bios today, the problems vanished, so it maybe mine is not really a bad gpu, maybe the GDDR5 timing is fixed with the latest BIOS...

What is the version of the latest bios?

I tried to play need for speed most wanted, but it seems lag. Really lag, what should I do? What's you guys setting for this game? I choose from highest setting to medium but still lag. My specs is i7-3630qm, 8gb, gt650m

What should I do to make it smooth?

Ps: my most wanted is copy from my friend which is downloaded from Internet. Anything to do with this?
