Hi bro, for the Unifi Biz Advance 30mbps, can we upgrade the dynamic IP to Fixed IP? If can, how much add-on required? Please advise, thank you.

Been trying to call the help desk, but waited over 1 hour also no ppl pick up...

it is about RM212 for 1 fixed ip, RM318 for 5 fixed ip

We are existing customer, so to change the plan, how long it'll takes?

I assume there's no need of on site service since we already have the modem and router?

Is there any disruption to existing line when the plan switch?

And can we keep the current fixed IP?

If not mistaken around a week. For this u must call TM as I don't offer upgrading process between unifi to unifi.

Suppose no disruption or site visit.

I'm not sure about the fixed IP.
