i complained to MCMC regarding this ping issue... and Maxis called me back after a week.. and said they are in the midst of resolving... wtf... after 6 months still resolving... then i ask can cancel? they said can but got penalty... 18 months left in contract... wtf again...
so they force you to say issue is settled since they are resolving it and MCMC is aware of this problem.. timeline given is no deadline...
we are all screwed and Maxis will lawyer you with the contract...
i dam regret got maxis... no IPTV sommore... unifi is the best fibre so far..
