im currently using a pioneer player whicg goes with 4 pioneer speekers and connected to a 1600w kenwood 4 channel amp.... now i find the sound sweet~~ but my woofer sucks... im using another amp 800w for my 12" (double magnet woofer... but somehow the sound just suck to the end... why??? do i need a new amp or a new woofer... the sound kinda just burst... i think it's the amp...

kinda forgot to mention im using an audio quartz pre amp... and 1 more thing my car audio brands are like rojak too much brand... is it ok????

perhaps you are feeding too much power to your woofer
try lower the gain

you might been sending distorded signal to your sub... lower the gain and the Hz tht you are feeding to your sub... then after you had done this... lower the over all gain for the rest of the speakers to blend in with the sub...

rojak brands in a system is not a problem... as long as they produce sound that is nice for you and you alone... wut others say is they opinion...
