Example: Celcom Prime RM40 + RM58 (Data)
It says monthly commitment RM40.....means total up all calls (RM0.15 per min) + sms (RM0.15 per sms) + mms (RM0.15 per mms),
if less than RM40 (say RM35), then u pay RM40 as commitment + RM58 for data = RM98
if more than RM40 (say RM60), then u pay RM60 + RM58 for data = RM118

Nope.........i think u get it wrong.

267 mean u can either make all calls 267 min = RM40
or u can send all 267 sms = RM40
or u can send all 267 mms = RM40

OR u can call + sms + mms to make up the RM40...if excess usage, then the rate is also RM0.15 per minute/per sms/ per mms

U can still walk-in Preorder.....I just received calls from Celcom staff that all the Celcom/BlueCube store listed in their website for walk-in Pre-order will b allocated with quite a number of units. Can get on 14 Dec....depending on the store opening hours.....

First of all, u have not port-in to maxis, it means you wont be able to sign up any package with maxis (since u need to settle outstanding amount with digi 1st)
2nd, you have no invitation, therefore they dont allow you to enter.
To port-in, simply walk in into any maxis centre to request.
