MEPs are owned by private boss and centers are directly under maxis
Maxis centres don't have tel phone number u can't reach them except visiting their centre

All you have to do is just to change your supplementary line into a principal line. Or IINM, if you dont change it now and when you go for the launch event and sign up for the contract, your line will be automatically change to a principal line.
