I was looking this up (after being initially interested), and was curious:
1. The address you quoted is actually the address generated by Hopshopngo , not like its actually your address or anything. Anyone could get exactly the same US address if they register at the site themselves (and I mean exactly the same)
2. The payment will be made by the buyer directly to Google (via Paypal, for example)
3. Hopshopngo will handle the shipping (at a cost) once the phone arrives (btw, the estimated charges for express shipping at the site is 28.80 USD for 1kg of goods, which coincidentally is around RM90).
4. The customs charges/tax will need to be paid if necessary when collecting the phone.

The only question I have is, why not just say that you're providing a bulk buy option at Hopshopngo? I mean, anyone who wanted to could actually do this for themselves, the only benefit is potentially saving a bit on the shipping, since its 1 cost divided by many units.

Anyway, just curious, I still think it could be worth it, if the shipping costs are reduced,
