To beat the game, just need 1 figurine. but to beat the game with 100% completion, you have to have minimum 8 figurines, each from the 8 type of skylanders (fire, water etc etc) They are 32 figurine in total iinm. and the previous series of figurine can work in this sequel.

the big thing is, you can play the figurines without taking it out of the box he he he

I put the figurine on the portal and the character will appear in the game.

I'm playing on the hard difficulty.... and the game quite hard after the 3rd level So right now i'm grinding to level up my characters

its RM68 for Skylanders series 2.

the problem with 3 packs is, i already have all the elements that included in that 3 packs. thats why i buy individual skylanders. i have 5 at the moment. just need another 3 more elements.
