i have been farming this leoric signet in Act2 Normal MP10 with 475% MF.. for hours...
still can't find.. only get 3-4 low level legs..
any sifu can share where is the best place to get?

i also try sometimes..but no luck yet...yes people said it will drop at Dalgur Oasis too.. just kill everythings and explore entire map...

just buy la the time u spend waiting it to drop. might as well go level and hunt for good loots to sell. i buy two 27% 48m 29% 64m, 1 for myself 1 follower. just my 2 cent, i feel is not worth the time

cos for now my gear only able to farm at inferno mp1-2, hardly get any good loot.. its impossible for me to afford on the ring

i'm farming mp0 and legendaries are dropping lol.. it all depends on luck..

rare with good rolls can sell for a fortune too..

ok here the thing if u see n check the forum, i also don wan to repeat the statement already haha. it doesnt matter what mp nor mf, it all still luck. like one said quantity comes quality. kill fast farm fast, i been in mp0 and the drop are quite decent, countless of good stat loot. u will hit jackpot one day n get rich no time lol

efficiency + luck = fortune

i'm stuck at first part of the formula for a long long time =(

ya. try to be as efficient as possible. mp0 best efficiency. 1 hit mobs death hehe. elite death in sec. u don need a super dooper good gear to farm efficient in mp0. rise up dps, ignore armor and ar. pump up movement. u will enjoy once u get the rhythm on a fast pace lane XD

It is very very rare.

i spent like 20 hours+ farming pre 1.0.5. I got tons of legendary enough to fill 1 tab of my stash yet none of them is the leoric signet.

yes... i do agree with nagflar. stop wasting time... your time is better spent on regular farm routines. Not to mention it is very boring.

P/S: some ppl do get lucky... but it is exceptionally low chance....

took me 1 - 2 hrs before i got it.

1st legend ring was manald heal

it dpends on luck some get it even on 1st run

yea it may also end u farm for 2 week straight no ring

If you farm 2 weeks can reach paragon 100 already (alkaizer did it). No need exp boosting ring

alkaizer did it with 2 leoric signet rings... one of it on the follower.

probably cuts the farm time by almost one third.

okay there are 2 cases i've met:

1. some random guy i met during game and we talked about leorics. he told me he got his signet when lvling his dh. and the leoric was 29 bonus exp + 30 dex. dat luck..

2. a real friend of mine took initiative to farm for leoric signet patch 1.0.4. his farm route was simple - run the quest of Act 2 Unexpected Allies - went down the sever, and TR (he was a monk) all the way to the boss and kill it. will kill 0-2 elites in between if there's any. nv is not important on this farming. just full mf gear (300).

result: after around 21 hours and 14 legendary drops, he got his signet. 25 bonus exp + dex. not the best nor worst. so fair enough lo..

i tried for few attempts (not more than 2 hours) and gave up - went AH instead lol. it was so boring!

i asked how did he keep doing the same thing without getting bored, and his answer was - he believe the signet was there waiting for him. he believe it will drop each round he played. if it didn't drop, he believe it will drop next run. that pushes him.. till it really drop

Added on December 6, 2012, 12:12 pmactually i think allkaizer only has 1 leoric. been using it most of the time on himself until when he almost reach p100 saw him put that leoric on his follower instead..

as for the extra leoric exp boost it wont be that significant.. cause you have 31% gem and 75% from nv most of the time.. so a normal exp gain without leoric is 206% and with leoric (assume 30) is 236%.. so the difference is 30/206 = ~14%.. cuts the farm time by 14%.. but hell yeah that's still alot esp on patch 1.0.4

Been farming it for a whole week last time. Still didn't get it.

They said the highest possibility of getting Leoric's Signet place is Cistern, Sewer and Forgotten Ruin.

Some people reported that Invisible Snake mob/elite has a higher drop rate compare to other enemies.

Build up 5 stack NV at Vault of Assassin..Don't bother to complete the map, you won't get Leoric's Signet there. (stupeed Manald Heal Ring &$%^!)

Tele back to town and run through Sewer > Cistern > Dahglur (Do everything) > Repeat

and the worst thing is, this dam ring finally drop, but only 22% exp... lol

alkaizer didn't have Hellfire ring so he resorted to leoric's signet.

Just craft 2 hellfires and you will get the same effect like leoric la

you know you cant equip 2 hellfire rings riteeeee lol

One for the follower la...

real pro use cain set + 2 hellfire + leoric + 31% ruby

use on follower also wont get full 35% ma..

with cain i cant farm/lvl as efficient. so i skip cain set. still get around 186 extra exp on mp0 with 5 nv stack

31 ruby + 29 signet + 35 hf + follower 35+27x25%= 16% + nv 75%

main char with 1 hellfire ring + 1 leoric' signet, and follower also 1 hellfire ring + 1 leoric' signet, izzit possible???

actually it's the monster level that matters.. monster around lvl 14 (if not mistaken) will drop that..

vota won't drop leoric cause its monster level is higher (around 18 if not mistaken)

so far i know the invisible snake is monster lvl 14, so kill as much invi snake (best if they're elite) as possible..

i didn't farm for leoric but if anyone interested i wouldn't recommend them to do 5nv @ vota first cause the time farming @ vota is gonna be wasted..

Agreed its based on luck.. Got mine by just farming VoA for 5stacks > Sewers only(only because I was lazy).. Got it on my 4th try, 1st mob.. So yea.

RNG, Luck bla bla bla is all it comes down to when farming for Signet lolz. Personally i had farmed for 1 whole week when i was PL50 but has yet to find 1. Gave tips on how to farm signet to few players and they found it in a matter of days.. haha.
The invi snake is the best bet as their mlvl match signet ilvl. Here is what i usually do to farm signet (if its any help to those still trying)...
-Save checkpoint in VotA to get 5 nv
-After getting 5 nv wp to path and go into sewer .. clear sewer.
-Oasis WP and run around oasis (up to u to kill every mob along the way or not but focus on those invi snakes) look for places that spawns a lot of those invi snake (cellars, the 2 random tombs) and finish by clearing Forgotten Ruins.
-Repeat n Rinse.

Finally. Int roll pula

I also farm for around 20 runs, still can't get one...
MP10 Normal, NV5 around 430 MF, also very hard to get. Gave me sux legendary.

Yup VotA is Vault of the Assasin .. easiest/fastest place to get 5NV
20 runs? i hv farmed signet way more than that and guess what ... still no signet haha

haha... I really thought 20 runs already a lot, because I already felt tired and gave up, because really waste of time, took my whole weekend afternoon just for this...
