call blizzard hotline using skype for free, they will unlock it if u got banned because RMAH transaction, probably someone used fraud credit card to buy ur item
if u are using any proxy/vpn, blizzard will know too, just admit if they ask, they will still unlock it
ur account is not banned, so i guess u didnt got banned because selling gold outside RMAH/botting, u can get ur account back

any email from blizzard? no harm if u call blizzard customer service, it is free using skype, call the EU one and less waiting time is needed

worth a try since got $400+ inside...if cant unlock...then buy other blizzard games using the money (hopefully u can still use them)
