maybe u do not have tripod with u ?
i just feel sometime it's not necessary to follow rule of 3rd, especially at night, u can see nothing on the sky, it just blank... tongue.gif

EP-L1 using smaller sensor compare to APSC, that's why noise is obvious

hey cpu
have u tried any way or method to further reduce the noise? x)
Without the noise your photos will look much more better~

I've some similar problems like you when shooting in night without tripods o.o nooooiiiseeeeeee appear when I post-processing the photo, damn

Actually I can reduce the noise when I PP however I did do so due this photo by right is PnS. T

To reduce noise, I will bring a tripod and use a low ISO instead.

same thought as others:
"tripod to bring down the NOISE and also enable you to have naturally sharp shot, instead of heavy sharpening in post processing" nod.gif
