yes it's using micro sim card
seller will help you to cut the sim card actually at first I asked at another store, they offer me 790 but bargain until 750. after that I still decide to walk around first.. then found another shop offer me 799 with bluetooth earphone free gift. Nokia one , included music and phone call. the brightness i set to lowest already, low battery. battery life quite poor , i not sure is it because of software problem. Just now I use auto brightness, readability under the sun is very good. This post has been edited by menghao: Jan 10 2013, 02:16 PM Attached thumbnail(s) |

it's all matte surface, dual shot colour ,
for an example , mine is white , and you can see white inside and a colourless layer outside, same goes to yellow and black., lime colour, I didn't see any demo unit before.. Sunday I saw forum said that lowyat got roadshow on monday, I rushed there from cyberjaya after class, 620 no stock Said Wednesday launch, go there, no stock , feel so... disappointed . |

QUOTE(ftan @ Jan 10 2013, 08:43 PM) I'd like to read more personal reviews from those who bought the nokia 620 recently. Appreciate it if you could share your user experience. Well. My review on this phone ,Thinking to get a smartphone for my mom. She has been using Nokia Symbian all the time. So she is quite pro Nokia but have not use the Windows platform. Basically, she is new to the smartphone experience. Some requirements I can think of would be: - large enough screen with big fonts - easy enough to use the UI/platform - her usage is mostly SMS and future use of surfing the net - not too expensive in case she forgets the hp and left/lost it somewhere (one reason why she is reluctant to get i5). But budget not an issue for me. Right now, I'm considering at all options. I think the most important factor would be how easy for her to use the smartphone. Thanks. Smooth , so far didn't lag at all ( don't know what apps to test ) , surf lowyat forum pretty smooth , fast browsing speed. The phone is nice to hold . Before this I've quite poor battery life, now I just fully charged my phone again and switch highest connection speed to 2G , means only use GSM instead of dual band, will report my battery life again. Unplug from charger less than 1 hour , wifi on , now still maintain 100% battery life. This phone is easy to use , as long as you set your tiles nicely, the apps that you always wanted to use. Other than that, you can also group up contact and pin it on home screen . For an example, make a group called Family , then add up all the family member inside .. 5mp camera without carl zeiss , decent , don't expect too much . You can snap photo by press the 2 stage camera button or with a single touch on screen , it will focus and snap . Don't have AMOLED , but readability under the sun is very good *thumbs up* I was using auto screen brightness . No problem at all. I did compare side by side with Lumia 920 . Open Nokia maps ,Nokia drive , Lumia 920 is faster , but if I would say, it worth to buy 620 if you don't demand for very very high performance . No doubt it's slower a bit , by few seconds , not too long . This post has been edited by menghao: Jan 10 2013, 09:35 PM |
