Is the black cover a matte finish? Is there some texture to it or does it feel like plastic?

Line doesnt have TIMELINE in the app. Tango is not in the market. And nobody on skype, so basically u cant internet call anyone. -.- 7. PPS or any apps, when u want to DL media >100mb, u have to connect to charger, no matter how full ur battery is. Kinda ridiculous right ? 8. My unit have multi touch issue as well. Even 2 point is not stable when not charging. 9. Connectivity shortcut doesnt include GPS on off button. So u have to go deep in the menu to enable it when u nid it. troublesome. 10. Cant NFC with Samsung Note 2. Just sending picture also fail. Sometimes show "The other party cant receiving large file" and sometimes show a empty store url. Android's prob with WP ? or lumia 620's prob ? 11. phone slip from my hand twice. my ex-phone also matte finish but dont have this prob. 12. Cant group app/contact on homescreen. I have more than 10 always call number and contact are messed up, if all pin to start then very messy, if not then hard to find...zzz.... 13. handsfree dont have any button ? how to answer call ? touch the screen? .........zzzzzzzzzzz......................... Overall, i like this phone, but i wont recommend other ppl to buy window phone, for now. The games and app is really far far behind ios and android and social app like Line, whatsapp is not functioning well.. . If you buy this phone expecting tons and tons of rubbish apps in the market store including instagram, you're doing it wrong. Anyway, enjoy your Lumia.

How bout you connect your phone to a computer, open the sd/phone file and organise the songs you want in your playlist to be in a folder (and other songs separate folders). Then try "save as playlist" one of the songs in the folder and I THINK the result will be all the songs in that specific folder, becomes your official playlist in the phone. Ya get me, brah?

You know what I eventually did, pulled out the battery and then plugging it back and then turned it on... Why is this happening? Is it because of the battery or the OS/ app??
