Is this phone easy to learn and use for old people?
It's for my old dad actually. He has bad experience with Sony and Samsung in terms of reception quality cos he lives in small kampung in Sarawak. So far, his old Nokia phone has superb reception...so he only trusts Nokia. Before buying this Lumia 620 for him, I need to confirm a few things: Can cellular internet data be 100% disabled / turned off? He uses WiFi if internet is needed. Is the speaker loud? Old people need loud ringing. Speakerphone mode works good? Mic has good pickup in this mode? WP8 OS rock stable? Can we sync contacts from Gmail into the phone contacts? Is there any screen protector available in the market for this phone? (since it's so new) |
