how is the battery life of this phone? could it last more than a day with minimal usage? (phone stuff and some multimedia) (internet with wi-fi with no 3g)

can i use beats headphone with this? haha heard that beats styled headphone cannot plugged in with this phone because the 3.5mm headjack is deep
