can't be OS issue, I have no such problem after upgrade, if your city lens work but not camera, something wrong with your camera apps already, maybe need to reinstall, did you try other camera apps such as camera360?

Try removing the battery and restart again?

If it is still under warranty, send it back for repairs, upgrade Amber is not just mere 4MB, should be other files maybe

you could find a wifi spot and finish up the upgrade before sending to shop, it might overwrite any errors and makes your phone back to normal

Opps, that a serious case, during upgrade, the phone stop at which stage?

oh, next time don't set as auto update, It must be when phone is overwriting files, the phone shut off causing file corruption.

default color is white, did you set the night mode time too early?

it could means those apps below extra+info are not installed correctly, time for another send back

or you can try uninstall those apps and reinstall again yourself

Same to me too, when phone ringing, I take out to answer call, the screen don't let me touch anything, I have to press power button to on/off and gain control back, but then the call already cancelled when press power button

I can't be sure, around 1.2 to 1.3gb

Clean temporary files won't work, I have been using over 1 year already, it is getting slower and slower. It is all due to phone constantly try to get online to update things, checking mail, online messages. This phone only have 512MB, not able to process so many things together.

The only way is reduce apps require online update such as facebook, news. Limit the email accounts and pro-long the update time.

Someone mention about Aerize optimizer, it does have minor help on the phone, if you not paying it, try run and clean the memory after you close an app.

When you have save enough money, get a phone with at least 1GB RAM, nowadays apps getting bigger and bigger.

Anyone notice increased of power usage after upgrade to 8.1?

Previous 8.0 leaving my phone overnight only takes 10% of power (both wifi and data on), now 8.1 overnight will drain me 30% more even I off the data

Cyan of course, it drains more than previous version. However I must say it is running smoother than previous version.

My Lumia 620 die yesterday , it keep reboot loop when restart. Even if it start, sim card cannot detected.

if lucky everything boot up nicely, some apps acting weird cannot be open, those are just stock apps like photo album! randomly it shutdown itself and infinite reboot again

take out the sim card and it boot up again, but I have 2 sim which working nicely on other phone, both sim not working in 620

anyway, ordered lumia 640, I tackle this phone problem later

The fact that when I sometime able to boot up is using soft reset to force restart, however since yesterday, soft reset also cannot boot it up.

My volume up button is spoilt, so I can't press it to hard reset.
