For me, battery life seems improved.

Need to test a few more days.

Anyone face that sometimes when opening whatsapp all it shows is the wallpaper?

I enter few times and the same.

But sometimes, it is just slow loading the chats.

WiFi have Advanced setting where you can set it to sleep or stay awake when the screen blackout. I only discover this when downloading the update. It was taking forever as I didn't have the phone in sleepless mode.

How to rename the phone for Bluetooth purpose?

My three control buttons suddenly stopped vibrating, then the phone crashed. After restarting, still not vibrating though otherwise seemed ok.

Restarted again, the phone didn't shake at start up and opened in flight mode, from which it refused to exit.

Shut down, removed the battery and restarted. This time the phone shakes and opens with network, then immediately popup a message that a restarted was needed. Phone politely said goodbye.

Restarted and seems normal. Anyway, I think it's time for hard reset. Sleep first.

I have no idea. I'm a light user with hardly any apps added. The only thing I recall doing last night before this happen was to switch on 3G network. Been using 2G to save battery and because DiGi prepaid hardly much difference between their 2G and 3G speed.

Yes, and it works on my phone. If the screen is locked, touch the Bing button makes it shake but nothing else happens. I keep my phone in a pouch too.

I sense that battery life is reasonable if relying on WiFi only with data service off.

As soon as I started using mine outdoors with data on, the battery life plummeted.

Currently, I set Battery Saver On, Display Brightness Low and 2G network (data on), yet the phone cannot stay alive 24 hours. Use 3G data and it just gets worse. Everything else is switched off (GPS, bluefoot, WiFi, email sync).

Apart from that, the Lumia 620 is a beautiful piece of hardware with a compact solid feel, great display, loud sound, super fast GPS, and a classy-looking UI.

Even for continuous usage, WiFi seems to consume less power. Every time I used the network data for about 15 minutes browsing session, the Battery app will set off the alarm with message like Battery Draining Quickly - 8% in 15 minutes. Using WiFi, I never seem to get those warnings.

Maybe can solve this by switching on the sim card pin. Then after restart the phone will wait for the pin to be entered before anything else can happen.

Today my phone crashed in the cafe at lunchtime. I restarted it, but cannot be bothered to wait for it to boot up, so I put in my pocket and walked back to office. Then I take out of my pocket and the pin entry screen is showing.

I hard reset my phone. How to get back the Storage Check feature? All else, like firmware version, is same as before resetting.
