Especially seen that the large thickness of the camera, a more durable battery could be integrated It's only a 3.8 inch device. It's not big enough to accommodate a big battery like the 2000mAh in the L720 (4.5").Also if you want bigger battery, you could use the L520's BL-5J battery (1430mAh). Personally, I have an extra battery pack I pulled out from an old Nokia C6, so battery life is not a concern to me. This post has been edited by Assassin's: Apr 29 2014, 09:44 AM |

D: The official WP 8.1 is not officially out yet (expect June). However you can get early access to WP 8.1 using the Developer Preview ProgramIf you want stability, wait for the official update. If you can't wait to try out the new features in WP 8.1, go ahead and download the WP 8.1 Developer Preview STEPS TO GET WP 8.1 DEVELOPER PREVIEW : - Register as developer - Install Preview for Developer app on your phone - Run the app and sign in to your account - Check update (NOTE : There is a small update before the WP8.1 update, so make sure to check twice) |

QUOTE(happy_berry @ May 1 2014, 10:07 AM) So do you recommend that I try out the developer preview one? there should be no problem updating to the official 8.1 later even when we installed the developer preview right? Most of the problem reported in WP 8.1 is increased battery drain and app problem(Music app is the worst). As I said before, battery life is not a concern to me since I have extra battery pack and I don't listen music with my phone so I'm happy with WP 8.1. As for updating to the official one, yes there will be no problem whatsoever. You can update to the official the same way as those who didn't install WP 8.1 Developer Preview. The difference is that you just get the firmware update only while other get WP 8.1 + Firmware update. Again, here's my advice : If you want stability, wait for the official update. If you can't wait to try out the new features in WP 8.1, go ahead and download the WP 8.1 Developer Preview |

Clean temporary files won't work, I have been using over 1 year already, it is getting slower and slower. It is all due to phone constantly try to get online to update things, checking mail, online messages. This phone only have 512MB, not able to process so many things together.
The only way is reduce apps require online update such as facebook, news. Limit the email accounts and pro-long the update time. Someone mention about Aerize optimizer, it does have minor help on the phone, if you not paying it, try run and clean the memory after you close an app. When you have save enough money, get a phone with at least 1GB RAM, nowadays apps getting bigger and bigger. |
